Road Safety Freeze Dance (10 minutes)

A fun twist on freeze dance, where members will learn road safety tips while dancing! ?

Instructions:

Music and Space: Find a large area to play music and let members dance freely.
Freeze Commands: Occasionally, pause the music and shout different road safety commands (e.g., “Stop!”, “Look left!”, “Listen for cars!”, “Think before crossing!”).
Freeze Effect: When the music stops, members must freeze and make the appropriate action based on the command given.
Repeat: Resume the music and continue the game, reinforcing the commands.

Potential Risks:
Tripping and Falling - Ensure the dance area is clear of obstacles. Advise members to be careful while dancing.
Overheating - Monitor the temperature; ensure members are hydrated and take breaks if necessary.
Crowding - Encourage space between members to avoid collisions.
