Description
Members will physically demonstrate their understanding of good and bad sailing locations and conditions through a dynamic game.

Instructions
1. Setup: Use a large open space where members have room to run and walk freely.
2. Explain the Rules: Tell the members that when you call out a good sailing location or condition, they should walk slowly. When you call out a bad sailing location or condition, they should run quickly.
3. Examples: Prepare a list of locations and conditions, such as:
- Good: Calm lake, sunny weather, clear water
- Bad: Stormy sea, rocky shore, heavy wind, busy river
4. Play the Game: Start calling out the locations/conditions randomly, allowing members time to react appropriately.
5. Discussion: After a few rounds, bring the members together to discuss why certain conditions or locations are good or bad for sailing.
