Cardboard
Scissors
Scrap fabric (cut into strips 2cm x 15cm)

Instructions

1. Cut a wide ring from strong cardboard
2. Tie strips of fabric onto the ring, push knots together.
3. Cover the whole ring.
4. Add extra decoration e.g ribbon bow
