Resources

Plain white paper plates
PVA Glue
Scraps of coloured paper/tissue paper
Yellow and orange card
Scissors
(Optional - glitter, beads, sequins)

Instructions

Cut a paper plate in half. Cut the scraps of coloured or tissue paper into small pieces. Cover one side of the paper plate by gluing the scraps on decoratively. Add embellishments if desired. Cut out flame shapes from the yellow and orange card, making the orange ones smaller, and stick them together. Attach them with glue to the top middle back of the plate. Optionally, cut a small finger hole to one side of the plate for holding.
