Quick and easy relay race to fill time suing items you already have.

The shoes the young people are wearing.

Instructions

Split the pack into two teams one at either end of the hall.
All the young people need to take one of their shoes off, it doesn't matter which one. Then they need to place their shoes in a big pile in the center of the hall.
The aim is for one person from each team to race to the center at the same time, find their shoe in the pile, put it back on then race back to their team and tag the next person to go next.
The team that gets all their shoes back first wins.

It is a good idea to warn the young people beforehand to wear slip on shoes such as crocs, avoid shoes with laces if possible.
