Instructions

1. Preparation: Gather materials: eggs (representing teeth), two cups of cola (representing sugary drinks), and toothbrushes.
2. Egg Setup: Place an uncracked egg in each cup of cola and label them.
3. Discussion: Explain how the eggs represent teeth and cola represents sugars that can harm teeth.
4. Observation: Wait for 10-15 minutes, discussing what might happen to the eggs.
5. Brushing: After soaking, remove one egg and brush it with toothpaste while explaining the importance of brushing. Observe how the egg looks clean afterward.
6. Reflection: Discuss with [members] how brushing helps keep their teeth healthy.
