variety of freash fruit, bananas, pineapple etc. wooden satay sticks,2 tablespoons melted butter,2 tablespoons orange juice, 2 table spoons brown sugar, basting brush
cut up friut and thread on to satay sticks, mix the butter,orange juice and sugar to make a basting sauce,cook on a bbq or low heat frying pan. for 5-10 mins brushing frequently with sauce great served with icecream or yoghurt.
