BBQ fruit kebabs
Cooking fruit kebabs
Variety of fresh fruit - Bananas, pineapple etc.
2 tablespoons melted butter (per person)
2 tablespoons orange juice
2 tablespoons brown sugar
Wooden satay sticks
Cut up fruit and thread on to satay sticks
mix the butter, orange juice and sugar to make a basting sauce.
Cook on a bbq or low heat frying pan for 5-10 mins brushing frequently with sauce
Great served with ice-cream or yoghurt.
