launch 'paint' or equivalent drawing package
draw a picture
save it
open up prefered poster application (powerpoint/publisher/word)
insert the drawing
add a dramatic title (wordArt)
insert several text boxes with descritions or notes about self/family/scouting - for communication with partner group
(maybe capture a picture from web cam and insert it)
save
(maybe print)
shutdown the computer
